Matt played Fay's 'big brother' in school as this is Fay's first year in high school. He secretly 'kept an eye' on her in a distance just to make sure she is ok. When Fay found out, she was over the moon as this prove beyond any doubt that her brother cares about her.
Fay's first year in high school was a success - she made friends with girls and got invited to 'girls' party'. She also has her ear pierced in Oct. My baby girl is growing up FAST! I attended her final Australian Girl's Choir concert this year; she has decided to quit the choir as 'all her good friends have left last year.' There goes my dream ...
I organised my first reunion trip with old friends from my hometown. I signed up for the Steptember challenge of 10k steps a day in September. I decided to keep the habit as this is really the only exercise I do!
What did I learn this year?
- I have a drinking problem - so my friends told me to get some training cups! (What were you thinking?)
- Fay wasn't laughing out loud with me when she wrote 'lol' - she is calling me 'little old lady'!
- I am a sought-after dinner party guest based on all the quiz I have done online.
- I must be delusional as I hardly get invited to any!
